Returns & Refunds

At Flower Shop Norfolk, we take great pride in creating beautiful, fresh floral arrangements. Every bouquet is carefully handcrafted by our experienced florists using the freshest flowers available.

Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, our returns policy differs from that of non-perishable products.

Fresh Flowers

Fresh flowers are exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations because they are perishable goods.

If you are unhappy with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery by email at info@flowershopnorfolk.co.uk or by telephone.

To help us investigate any issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number

  • Your name

  • A description of the problem

  • Clear photographs of the flowers

Where appropriate, we may offer:

  • A replacement arrangement

  • A partial refund

  • A full refund

This will depend on the circumstances and the nature of the issue.

Flower Care

Fresh flowers are natural products and their lifespan depends on proper care.

To maximise vase life we recommend:

  • Placing flowers in a clean vase with fresh water.

  • Using the flower food provided.

  • Re-cutting stems before placing them in water.

  • Keeping flowers away from direct sunlight, radiators and fruit.

  • Refreshing the water every 2–3 days.

We cannot accept responsibility for flowers that have not been cared for correctly after delivery.

Artificial Wedding Flowers

Our ready-to-wear wedding flowers are handmade with high-quality artificial flowers.

If you change your mind, you may return unused items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are:

  • Unused

  • In their original condition

  • Returned in their original packaging

The customer is responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or sent in error.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, a refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Personalised & Bespoke Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Bespoke floral designs

  • Personalised funeral tributes

  • Custom wedding flowers

  • Personalised ribbon printing

  • Any item made specifically to your requirements

Unless the item is faulty or has been supplied incorrectly.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you have received the wrong item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

Please include photographs wherever possible so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Delivery

If no one is available to receive the flowers, our driver will follow any delivery instructions provided or leave the flowers in a safe place where appropriate. If a safe place is unavailable, we may attempt redelivery or contact the recipient.

Additional delivery charges may apply if redelivery is required due to incorrect delivery information or unsuccessful delivery attempts.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are normally processed within 5–10 working days, depending on your payment provider.
