7. Orders

9. Same-Day Delivery

Same-day delivery is subject to:

  • Delivery postcode.

  • Order cut-off times.

Orders placed after the advertised cut-off time may be delivered the next available delivery day.

10. Weddings & Event Flowers

Wedding and event bookings may require a deposit.

Deposits are generally non-refundable once design work, flower ordering, or preparation has commenced.

Final balances must be paid by the date specified on your booking confirmation.

Minor variations may occur due to flower availability and seasonality.

11. Funeral Flowers

We take exceptional care with funeral orders.

Customers are responsible for providing:

  • Accurate funeral director details.

  • Service dates and times.

  • Deceased's full name.

We cannot accept liability for delays caused by incorrect funeral information supplied by the customer.

12. Cancellation Rights

Fresh flowers and perishable goods are exempt from standard cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

Orders may be cancelled before preparation has commenced by contacting us as soon as possible.

Once flowers have been ordered, prepared, or dispatched, cancellations may not be possible.

Wedding and funeral orders may be subject to separate cancellation terms.

13. Refunds & Complaints

Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us.

If you are unhappy with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Where appropriate we may:

  • Offer a replacement.

  • Offer a partial refund.

  • Offer a full refund.

Photographs may be requested to assist in resolving complaints.

Refund decisions are made at our discretion and in accordance with UK consumer legislation.

14. Gift Products & Non-Perishable Items

Non-perishable products may be returned in accordance with applicable UK consumer law.

Returned items must:

  • Be unused.

  • Be in their original packaging.

  • Be returned in a saleable condition.

Customers may be responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty.
